Welcome to A.S.H. (Auto Service Hub). These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile application and services. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using A.S.H., you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must provide your date of birth during registration. If you do not agree or do not meet the age requirement, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must verify your email address to activate your account.
A.S.H. connects vehicle owners with certified technicians for on-demand maintenance services. We facilitate the connection but are not responsible for the quality of work performed by independent technicians.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Service fees, labor rates, and parts markup are displayed before you confirm a service request. Platform fees and technician payouts are handled automatically.
You may cancel a pending service request at any time. Cancellation after a technician has been dispatched may incur fees. Service requests pending for more than 7 days are automatically cancelled.
Technicians must maintain valid insurance coverage and professional credentials. Technicians are independent contractors and not employees of A.S.H. Failure to maintain required documentation may result in account suspension.
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We encrypt sensitive information, implement data retention policies, and provide data export and deletion capabilities.
A.S.H. is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
